The pad off error message is a safety check in the software to ensure the electrode pads are properly placed on the skin prior to delivering stimulation.
If you are getting a pad off error message, try these steps:
1) Ensure the specified pad is properly adhering to the skin. Try cleaning the skin of any lotion. You may also need to trim long or thick hair.
2) Try replacing the pads for the muscle group that is causing the error.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, then the fault may be due to a damaged stimulation cable.
