How do I import/export SAGE Stimulator therapies to a Flash drive.
Import SAGE Stimulator therapies to the tablet
- Remove the USB connector on the left side of the SAGE 10 tablet.
- Insert a USB Flash drive into that USB port
- Exit the SAGE software by typing "3948" (spells "EXIT") from the Clinician Login
- Tap the Windows Explorer icon on the menu bar (if the menu bar is hidden you can make swiping on the left side of the screen until you see a hidden keyboard protruding from the side.  Tap on this and the keyboard will appear.  
- Double tap on the Windows logo in the bottom left corner of the keyboard
- Hide the keyboard by tapping the red "x" in the upper right corner
- Tap on the "Removable Disk (D:)" to show the therapies on your Flash drive
- Press and hold on the therapy you would like to transfer.  A drop down box will appear.  Choose copy.
- Tap "Documents" in the left pane of the window
- Double tap "Restorative Therapies" then double tap "Sage" then double tap "Data" and finally double tap "Muscle Test"
- Press and hold anywhere on the right side of the Explorer Window and a drop box will appear.
- Select "Paste"
- Close the Explore window by tapping the red "x" in the upper right corner
- Tap the Windows logo in the bottom left of the menu bar
- Tap "All Programs", scroll until you find the "Restorative Therapies" folder and tap to open
- Then tap "Sage"
- Remove the Flash Drive and replace the USB connector

Export SAGE Stimulator therapies to the tablet
- Remove the USB connector on the left side of the SAGE 10 tablet.
- Insert a USB Flash drive into that USB port
- Exit the SAGE software by typing "3948" (spells "EXIT") from the Clinician Login

- Double tap on the Windows logo in the bottom left corner of the keyboard
- Hide the keyboard by tapping the red "x" in the upper right corner
- Tap "Documents" in the left pane of the window
- Double tap "Restorative Therapies" then double tap "Sage" then double tap "Data" and finally double tap "Muscle Test"
- Find the Sage therapy (they have a.dat extension) you would like to copy.  It may be in a folder that is labeled with a patient ID.
- Press and hold on the therapy you would like to transfer.  A drop down box will appear.  Choose copy.
- Tap on the "Removable Disk (D:)" to show the therapies on your Flash drive
- Press and hold anywhere on the right side of the Explorer Window and a drop box will appear.
- Select "Paste"
- Close the Explore window by tapping the red "x" in the upper right corner
- Tap the Windows logo in the bottom left of the menu bar
- Tap "All Programs", scroll until you find the "Restorative Therapies" folder and tap to open
- Then tap "Sage"
- Remove the Flash Drive and replace the USB connector

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
